Refund Policy 

All payments for Online Programs (Nutrition, Fitness, Challenges,etc) are non-refundable. By registering, participants acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program. We encourage participants to review all program details. 

Garments may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions : 

• Refunds: Items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for sizing or different items, subject to availability. Exchanges must also meet the same conditions of being unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Contact us within 15 days to arrange an exchange.
•  Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as final sale, undergarments, and personalized or customized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
